Refund & Return Policy

We truly appreciate your support and want you to have the best experience possible.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you through our easy return and refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product has all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain products such as innerwear or accessories may not be eligible for returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at CONTACT@BLUEWILD.IN within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear product images.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you with the return shipping instructions.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • In case of a wrong or damaged item, we will bear the shipping cost and send a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or store credit, if preferred).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund immediately at no extra cost.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placing them.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
