Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, delivery, and related timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, order processing may take slightly longer.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email or SMS once it’s shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over India.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternate solution or issue a refund.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Cities / Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote or Rural Areas: Up to 12 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays like weather or strikes.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹60–₹100 may apply (visible at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check your order’s live delivery status anytime.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, contact number, and pincode before checkout.
Blue Wild will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders
While we always aim for timely delivery, sometimes shipments may be delayed due to courier issues or external factors.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at CONTACT@BLUEWILD.IN with your order number, and we’ll assist you immediately.
9. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package:
- Please take clear photos of the package and product.
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at CONTACT@BLUEWILD.IN for assistance.
We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund based on inspection.
10. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
