Eligibility for Exchanges
We offer exchanges strictly for the following reasons:
1. Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship (e.g., ripped seam, broken zipper, incorrect stitching), you are eligible for an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
2. Size Issues
If the size you ordered does not fit as expected, you are eligible for an exchange for the same item in a different size. If the desired size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit.
Exchange Conditions and Timeframe
Time Limit: All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date (the date you received the item).
Condition of Item: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not related to the initial defect will not be accepted for exchange.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Availability: Exchanges are subject to the current stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options, which may include a different item of equal value or a store credit.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin your exchange process, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at officialbluewild@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
Provide Details: In your email, please include:
Your Order Number.
The reason for the exchange (Defect or Size Issue).
For Defects, a clear photo illustrating the flaw.
For Size Issues, the desired new size.
Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back to us.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds. This policy covers exchanges and, where necessary, store credit only.
The customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us for exchange, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your returned item.
